Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in UAE is seeking a highly experienced Production Manager to oversee pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in Dubai. The candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, expertise in managing audits, and proficiency in SAP Production Planning. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to drive continuous improvement within the production environment. Knowledge of Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in production management within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Proven experience with SAP Production Planning (PP) and related modules.
• Extensive experience in managing audits and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of pharmaceutical production.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP Production Planning.
• Ensure adherence to GMP and other regulatory requirements.

Skills

Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, GMP
