Job summary

Amerikan Foods in Dubai, UAE seeks a Production Operator to support daily production operations in the Protein unit. The role requires independent production management when needed, achievement of targets, and adherence to food safety standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring output and efficiency, enforcing SOPs and HACCP, coordinating with QA/QC, and reporting issues to the supervisor. Prior industry experience is required.

• Make sure production follows SOPs, recipes, specifications, and work instructions.
• Identify production problems and take corrective actions.
• Work with QA/QC to maintain food safety, quality, GMP, and HACCP requirements.
• Monitor manpower attendance, discipline, and performance.
• Report major production, quality, safety, or technical issues to the Production Supervisor/Manager.

The position is expected to independently manage production activities when required, ensure achievement of production targets, maintain product quality and food safety standards, control manpower and process efficiency, and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve operational issues.
