Job Overview

Production Assistant - Food Manufacturing in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is a hands‑on Food and Beverage production role focused on supporting factory operations, maintaining clean work areas, assisting production lines, and following food safety procedures.

Role Context

The Production Assistant will assist with daily factory production activities while ensuring hygiene, safety, and quality standards are followed throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with food production line activities in factory operations.
• Support daily manufacturing tasks to ensure smooth production workflow.
• Maintain a clean workstation, production floor, and surrounding work areas.
• Sweep, mop, remove debris, and support general housekeeping duties across the production area.
• Load and unload items from production machines and equipment.
• Feed, place, or arrange items onto equipment for processing.
• Follow food safety standards, hygiene procedures, and production quality expectations.
• Identify and remove damaged, defective, or ineffective products from the production line.
• Scrape and clear waste material from machines according to waste destruction SOP.
• Handle production materials carefully to avoid contamination, damage, or unnecessary waste.
• Follow supervisor instructions and support team members during production activities.
• Maintain safe working practices while using equipment and moving products.
• Report production issues, equipment concerns, damaged products, or safety risks to the supervisor.
• Work flexibly across day and night shifts as required by factory operations.

Ideal Profile

• Previous experience in food production, factory operations, manufacturing, packing, or production line work is preferred.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in a production environment.
• Willingness to perform physical work, including standing, loading, unloading, cleaning, and handling production items.
• Flexible to work day shifts, night shifts, weekends, or rotating schedules as required.
• Responsible attitude with the ability to identify damaged products and follow quality procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced Food and Beverage manufacturing environment.
