Parker Connect seeks a Senior Production Manager to lead the plastic blow moulding and injection moulding operations in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. You will oversee facilities, drive efficiency and quality, ensure safety, and manage a team across multiple machines.

The role requires extensive experience in senior management within plastics production, with a track record of cost reduction and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Polymer Engineering.
• 12–15 years’ experience in plastic blow moulding & injection moulding with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Strong knowledge of various machine makes & models.
• Proven track record in production optimization, cost reduction, and team leadership.
