Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically plastic blow molding.
• Hands-on experience setting up machines for different production runs.
• Technical training or certification in machine operation or manufacturing (ASB/BEKUM) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Bekum and ASB blow molding machines for the planned production.
• Set up and adjust machines according to product specifications, including mold installation and changes
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process, ensuring compliance with established quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions or product defects in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate production records, including machine settings, production counts, and quality data
• Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work area, adhering to 5S principles
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and optimize workflow
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment
• Assist in training new operators on equipment operation and safety procedures

Work experience requirement

• 4 Years + Experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically in plastic blow molding.Proven track record of operating and maintaining blow molding equipment, with hands‑on experience in setting up machines for different production runs.
• Technical Training-Completion of technical training or certification programs related to machine operation or manufacturing processes is a plus - ASB/FONGKEE/BEKUM (Blow Moulding)
