Job summary

ACE Management is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the Production Department and related maintenance teams in the UAE’s Fujairah region. You will supervise production plants, manage manpower, and drive production targets aligned with the annual budget.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of concrete production processes, and a focus on quality and safety. Prior experience in a similar leadership role within concrete manufacturing is essential.

Qualifications

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering or a related technical field.
• Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the Production Department.
• Overall responsibility for the Facility Maintenance Team and AC Maintenance Team.
• Complete supervision of production plants and manpower management.
• Planning and achieving production targets as per the annual budget.
• Managing day to day activities and operational issues of the Production Department Facility Team and AC Maintenance Team.
• Ensuring that finished products meet the relevant quality standards.
• Providing regular feedback to the General Manager regarding activities inside the factory.
• Preparation of the annual production budget.
• Monitoring the routine duties of Production Engineers Supervisors and Operations Staff.
• Coordinating with the Sales Department for proper production planning.
• Coordinating with the Purchase Department for procurement of spare parts.
• Coordinating with the Stores Department for availability of spare parts.
• Ensuring complete maintenance of production machinery to achieve optimum output.
• Managing general maintenance activities within the factory.
• Planning and scheduling maintenance activities for production machinery and production fleet.
• Planning and scheduling preventive maintenance for production machinery and production fleet.
• Forecasting spare parts requirements for preventive maintenance of machinery.
• Attending to breakdowns in production machinery and ensuring timely resolution.
• Ensuring availability of all spare parts required for maintenance of production machinery.
• Coordinating with the Crusher Department for proper supply of raw materials.
• Ensuring that proper safety procedures are followed inside the factory.

Education

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete products manufacturing
• Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar leadership role within the concrete manufacturing industry
• In depth knowledge of concrete processing machinery and complete production lines
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse factory team
• Excellent problem solving and quick decision making skills under pressure
