Job summary

Careers International in Dubai seeks a skilled Plant Engineer to strengthen our concrete manufacturing team. You will develop preventive maintenance programs for mixers, conveyors and batch plants, troubleshoot equipment issues and lead corrective actions to minimize downtime.

The role focuses on optimizing production processes for energy efficiency, monitoring KPIs, ensuring safety and environmental compliance, and leading plant improvement projects in a fast-paced, heavy-industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering.
• Proven experience in a concrete manufacturing or similar heavy industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, process control and plant operations.
