Integrated Industries in Ras Al Khaimah seeks a Manager - Production to oversee all production operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality output. The role involves planning, resource management, equipment reliability, compliance and continuous improvement, and leading supervisors to meet business goals.

You will coordinate engineering, quality, procurement and maintenance teams, drive productivity, monitor KPIs, and develop staff through performance reviews and development plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in mechanical/industrial engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and optimize production workflows and schedules.
• Lead machine operating and fabrication teams to ensure high productivity and quality.
• Oversee safe operation of fabrication equipment and preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate corrective actions for process deviations and equipment issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational policies.
• Monitor production performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate fabrication of canopies, skids, tanks and sheet metal assemblies.
• Generate regular production, cost and productivity reports.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

Technical and Operations

• Plan, organize, and optimize workflows by assigning responsibilities, preparing production schedules, and balancing resources effectively;
• Lead the machine operating and fabrication teams and ensure high productivity and quality standards;
• Oversee the safe operation of fabrication equipment, ensuring preventive/corrective maintenance plans are implemented and followed;
• Identify, analyze, and coordinate corrective actions for process deviations, and equipment malfunctions;
• Ensure full compliance with safety standards, housekeeping protocols and operational policies at all times;
• Monitor production processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives;
• Coordinate and oversee the fabrication of generator canopies, skids, tanks, structures and sheet metal assemblies;
• Monitor performance indicators and generate regular operational, cost and productivity reports;
• Ensure close coordination with engineering, quality, procurement, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations and issue resolution;

• Lead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownership;
• Develop capabilities and secure a solid succession plan;
• Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs and oversee development plans.

Position Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering, or any other related field.
