Job summary

Alserkal & Assarain Concrete Products LLC is seeking a skilled professional to oversee production planning and quality control in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling precast production, supervising casting processes, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Production Planning – Plan and schedule daily precast production activities, ensure timely availability of moulds, reinforcement and raw materials, coordinate with the planning and QA QC teams.
• Supervision / Execution – Supervise casting, compaction and finishing processes, ensure correct mix design, curing methods and demoulding procedures are followed, monitor manpower, equipment and safety throughout production.
• Quality Control – Ensure elements meet dimensional and strength tolerances, follow approved drawings and specifications, coordinate with the QC team for inspections and documentation, recommend process improvements to enhance product quality.
• Maintenance and Safety – Ensure proper maintenance of production equipment and moulds, enforce safety procedures in the casting yard, address and report any safety issues immediately.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of concrete technology, mix design and quality standard.
• Good communication and reporting skill.
• Candidate with experience in the precast industry are preferred.
