Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 5 years in manufacturing.
• Experience in dry-mix mortar, silica sand processing, cement products or bulk materials handling preferred.
• Strong knowledge of conveyors, bucket elevators, vibrating feeders, mixers, screening equipment and pneumatic conveying.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily production activities.
• Monitor plant efficiency, productivity and product quality while minimizing downtime.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and environmental requirements.
• Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance with the maintenance team.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Quality Control, Stores, Procurement and Sales to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Plan coordinate and supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets Improve plant efficiency productivity and product quality while minimizing downtime Ensure compliance with quality standards safety regulations and environmental requirements Monitor production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance with the maintenance team Optimize manpower utilization and production scheduling Monitor raw material consumption production yields and process losses Prepare daily weekly and monthly production reports and KPIs Assist in commissioning new equipment and process improvements Work closely with Quality Control Stores Procurement and Sales to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing or process industries.Experience in dry-mix mortar, silica sand processing, cement products, construction chemicals, minerals processing, or similar bulk material handling industries will be an advantage.Strong understanding of conveyors, bucket elevators, vibrating feeders, mixers, screening equipment, pneumatic conveying and industrial production systems.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is preferred
