Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and manage daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines.

• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, quality and logistics for smooth operations.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Production Manager to oversee and optimize the day‑to‑day manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning workforce management quality assurance and achieving production targets while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership excellent organizational skills and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan schedule and manage daily production activities to meet output targets and delivery deadlines.

• Lead and supervise production staff assigning tasks and providing training as required.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related discipline.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of production planning scheduling and control.
  

• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
  

• Experience in lean manufacturing Six Sigma or similar process improvement tools.
  

• Excellent communication leadership and people management skills.
  

• Ability to work under pressure and solve operational issues efficiently.
  

• Sound knowledge of quality control systems and HSE regulations.
