Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced senior Machining Engineer to oversee daily operations, ensure production flow and quality, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role focuses on developing machining strategies, selecting tools and cutting parameters, and maintaining CNC and conventional equipment to minimize scrap and cycle times. A minimum of 5 years in machining and a related engineering degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a machining production environment.
• Proven CNC programming experience (G-code/M-code) and operation of milling and turning centers.
• Strong understanding of materials science and metallurgy and their impact on machining performance.
