Job summary

CARBON ENGG in Abu Dhabi, UAE, seeks an experienced CNC Programmer/Operator to develop and optimize CNC programs from engineering drawings, ensuring precision and efficiency in daily machining operations.

You will set up and calibrate CNC machines, monitor production runs, and make real-time adjustments to maintain tight tolerances. The role also includes mentoring junior programmers and staying current with Industry 4.0 tooling and methods to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on CNC programming and operation in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or related field preferred.
• CNC programming certification desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
