Avsar Global is seeking a detail-oriented Production Engineer to manage manufacturing operations and lead fabrication teams across UAE sites (JAFZA, DIP, Abu Dhabi). You will supervise daily production, ensure strict quality control and safety standards, manage inventory, and drive continuous process improvements.

The ideal candidate has hands-on supervisory experience in fabrication and a strong command of IECEx and ATEX hazardous area standards, with the ability to read engineering drawings

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent technical education in fabrication or related engineering field.
• Proven supervisory experience in a fabrication environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of IECEx and ATEX standards and hazardous area classifications.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Willingness to work across multiple UAE sites (JAFZA, DIP, Abu Dhabi).

Responsabilités

• Supervise production staff to meet daily production targets.
• Schedule tasks and allocate resources to maintain smooth workflows.
• Monitor processes, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime.
• Perform quality inspections against drawings and specs.
• Maintain compliance documentation for audit readiness.
• Lead safety training and promote HSE practices.
