Qualifications

• 15+ years in heavy industrial, EPC, fabrication or engineered-products environments.
• Experience leading an engineering department or function, not just projects.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of engineering standards, governance, design validation and document control.
