Job summary

Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) Pharma is seeking a commercially driven Product Specialist to bridge medical knowledge and commercial strategy, engaging healthcare professionals, driving market penetration, and promoting clinical awareness for our leading portfolio.

You will lead KOL and HCP engagements, provide product education, and support sales planning and training across territories while maintaining current clinical data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or product specialist roles.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, cross-selling, and scientific presentation skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and standard field reporting/CRM platforms.

• Product ambassadorship: maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical data and treatment protocols to position products.

Key Responsibilities

• KOL & HCP Engagement: Deliver compelling 1-on-1 sales presentations, group discussions, and medical educational programs to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to showcase product efficacy and clinical value.
• Product Ambassadorship: Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of clinical trial data, medical news, and treatment protocols to positioning our products effectively in the market.
• Sales & Forecasting: Achieve and exceed sales targets across assigned territories; accurately forecast demand to drive operational planning and commercial growth.
• Market Expansion: Build, nurture, and expand long-term relationships with existing clinical clients and key accounts to capture market share.
• Enablement & Training: Support cross-functional sales efforts by organizing specialized product trainings, territory projects, and field activities.
• Market Intelligence: Gather and report actionable field insights, competitor moves, and market trends to senior leadership to help refine commercial strategies.
