Job summary

Vitatech Group® Middle East is seeking a Product Specialist to promote and support pharmaceutical products in the UAE. You will train healthcare professionals, demonstrate clinical use, and ensure compliance with MOH, DHA, and DOH regulations.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of pharma sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel within the UAE. English fluency is essential; Arabic is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of pharmaceutical or medical product sales experience in UAE.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote assigned products to healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, hospital staff).
• Conduct product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and training sessions.
• Provide technical and clinical support on product usage, safety, and benefits.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and medical teams to achieve targets and growth.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and product performance.
• Support tender submissions and hospital/clinic procurement processes.
• Ensure UAE regulatory compliance (MOH, DHA, DOH) and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, activities, and forecasts.
• Provide field feedback to support product development and marketing.

The Product Specialist is responsible for promoting, supporting, and providing technical expertise for the company’s healthcare or pharmaceutical products in the UAE market. This role involves engaging healthcare professionals, driving product adoption, conducting training sessions, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote assigned products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff
• Conduct product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and training sessions
• Provide technical and clinical support on product usage, safety, and benefits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and decision-makers
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and medical teams to achieve sales targets and business growth
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and product performance
• Support tender submissions and procurement processes for hospitals or clinics
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations (MOH, DHA, DOH) and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts
• Provide feedback from the field to support product development and marketing strategies

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical product sales in UAE
• Strong knowledge of assigned product portfolio and clinical applications
• Experience working with hospitals, clinics, or healthcare institutions preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
