Job summary

DUBIMED Medical Supplies Trading LLC in Dubai is seeking a Senior Product Specialist with deep Dermatology and Aesthetic product knowledge to drive promotion and adoption among doctors and clinics.

You will assess client needs, present promoted products, analyze market data, support brand strategies, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets while staying compliant with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Dermatology and Aesthetic field is mandatory.
• Proficient with product data, market analysis and reporting.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ needs and present suitable promoted Dermatology and Aesthetic products.
• Liaise with doctors to promote products using effective selling skills and cost-benefit analysis.
• Provide product information and deliver samples.
• Attend sales meetings, calls, training sessions and symposiums.
• Work with the sales team to develop and implement brand strategies for a consistent marketing message.
• Build trust with medical representatives to influence decision-making.
• Monitor data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage.
• Keep accurate records and reporting for feedback.

DUBIMED is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Product Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of Dermatology & Aesthetic products, as well as a proven record of accomplishment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ needs and present suitable promoted Dermatology and Aesthetic soft products
• Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
• Provide product information and deliver product samples
• Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits
• Work with the sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
• Build positive trust relationships with medical representatives to influence the targeted group in the decision‑making process
• Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
• Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
• Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with the latest medical data
• Problem solving by identifying the challenges and offering best solutions

Requirements

• Previous experience in the Dermatology and Aesthetic field (MANDATORY)
• Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines, and latest medical issues
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Should have a valid UAE Driving License.
• Arabic & English speaking is necessary
