Job summary

Abbott in Dubai is seeking a Product Specialist in the Established Pharmaceuticals division. This role works out of our UAE office and aims for consistent sales growth and achievement of targets across assigned regions, collaborating with the team to identify opportunities and expand business.

You will organize meetings with HCPs, demonstrate Abbott EPD products, and build strong customer relationships while aligning plans with KPIs and regional sales targets.

Qualifications

• Educational qualification in pharmaceutical/medical science.
• 4-6 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in the UAE.
• Tender Management experience is required.
• Primary care therapeutic segment experience is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Organizing appointments and meetings with HCPs.
• Meeting both the business and scientific needs of HCPs.
• Demonstrating and presenting Abbott EPD products to HCPS.
• Building and maintaining a good business relationship with Customer.
• Plan and schedules weekly and monthly timetables for the day-to-day activities with clear KPIs.
• Responsible for an assigned geographic area with corresponding sales performance plan.
• Providing consistence market feedback.

This position works out of our UAE office in the Established Pharmaceutical division.
