Sona Signature Papers in Dubai seeks an experienced Product Sourcing Manager to lead procurement of fragrance ingredients, raw materials, and packaging. You will build reliable supplier relationships, evaluate vendors, and negotiate favorable terms to support growth in our fragrance materials business.

The role requires a commercially minded professional who can optimise procurement costs, ensure timely delivery, and maintain quality standards across suppliers and products.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., SCM, Procurement, Business Admin, Chemistry, Chemical Eng).
• 5-7 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or supplier management.
• Experience in fragrance, perfume, cosmetics, chemicals, or packaging is preferred.

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Sourcing Manager to support the growth of our fragrance materials business. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing premium raw materials, fragrance ingredients, and packaging solutions while developing reliable supplier relationships and negotiating competitive commercial terms.

The role requires a commercially minded professional who can evaluate suppliers, maintain quality standards, optimise procurement costs, and ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and source reliable suppliers for ANYTHING IN fragrance ingredients, raw materials, and packaging materials.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and other commercial agreements.
• Evaluate suppliers based on product quality, cost, reliability, and delivery performance.
• Monitor market trends, supplier developments, and new sourcing opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure procurement requirements are met on time.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and cost comparisons.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation while maintaining product quality.
• Manage multiple sourcing projects and ensure compliance with company procurement procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or supplier management.
• Experience in the fragrance, perfume, cosmetics, chemicals, or packaging industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of supplier identification, vendor evaluation, negotiation, and procurement processes.
• Understanding of fragrance ingredients, raw materials, and packaging solutions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers, deadlines, and projects effectively.
• GCC market experience and an established supplier network will be an added advantage.
