Job summary

Sona Signature Papers in Dubai seeks an experienced Product Sourcing Manager to lead procurement of fragrance ingredients, raw materials, and packaging. You will build reliable supplier relationships, evaluate vendors, and negotiate favorable terms to support growth in our fragrance materials business.

The role requires a commercially minded professional who can optimise procurement costs, ensure timely delivery, and maintain quality standards across suppliers and products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., SCM, Procurement, Business Admin, Chemistry, Chemical Eng).
• 5-7 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or supplier management.
• Experience in fragrance, perfume, cosmetics, chemicals, or packaging is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and source reliable suppliers for fragrance ingredients, raw materials, and packaging materials.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate terms.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and other commercial agreements.
• Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and delivery performance.
• Monitor market trends and supplier developments for new sourcing opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure procurement requirements are met on time.
