Lever, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner (Matchmaking & Relationship) based in United Arab Emirates. You will own the post-purchase product experience, driving activation, matching quality, relevance, and engagement for paying customers.

You will partner with engineers, designers, analysts, and data specialists to iterate from hypotheses to production, focusing on discovery-driven growth and measurable outcomes in a fast-paced marketplace setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on B2C product management experience with customer journey focus.
• Ability to design activation, onboarding and first-session experiences.
• Experience with discovery-driven products and large catalogs.
• Strong basis in defining hypotheses and measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to run experiments and analyze results.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-purchase customer journey to help customers reach a quality match quickly.
• Optimize offer volume and presentation to balance relevance and load.
• Improve recommendation relevance and customer trust across the experience.
• Increase invitations received by paying customers with quality signals.
• Improve the likelihood of a quality match in the first week.
• Design engagement mechanics like nudges and reminders to drive return visits.
• Analyze matching parameters with segmentation and personalization.
• Identify bottlenecks via data, research, and product insights.
• Translate opportunities into testable hypotheses with success metrics.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, analysts, and data/ML specialists.
• Prioritize requirements and manage timelines for predictable delivery.
• Run A/B tests and scale improvements with meaningful results.
