Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Analyst (CX) in the United Arab Emirates to drive data-informed product decisions. You will own the product metrics framework, validate dashboards, and partner with Product and Data teams to uncover opportunities and validate hypotheses.

You will design experiments, analyze results, and translate insights into prioritized actions that impact key business metrics in a distributed environment. Strong statistical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• A degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability with real-world application experience.
• Advanced proficiency in data extraction, processing, analysis, and visualization using MS SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Deep experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests, with statistical evaluation.
• Strong understanding of marketing and product metrics for performance evaluation.
• Analytical/problem-solving abilities to translate findings into recommendations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with product, data engineering, and leadership teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented mindset and ownership of data quality and metric reliability.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product metrics tree with clear definitions and impact connections.
• Validate metrics and dashboards; define specs for Data Engineering for reliable reporting.
• Investigate fluctuations with product leads to understand performance drivers.
• Conduct ad-hoc research to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
• Validate hypotheses via quantitative analysis and prioritize issues by impact.
• Design and analyze A/B tests: sample size, MDES, duration, randomization, pre-test checks.
• Define data-tracking requirements for experiments and measurement events.
• Maintain an organized archive of experiments with actionable recommendations.
• Identify data quality issues before they affect decisions.
