Strike IT Recruitment Services seeks an experienced Product Owner to lead Cash Management, Liquidity Management, and Client Onboarding workstreams within a banking transformation programme in Dubai. You will own requirements, user journeys and vendor solutions, ensuring alignment with the target operating model and business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading PO or senior BA in banking transformation programs.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into product capabilities.
• Proven stakeholder management with senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Own the product vision, roadmap, requirements and prioritised backlog across cash, liquidity and onboarding workstreams.
• Partner with Intellect product teams through discovery, design, build, testing and rollout.
• Define and validate business requirements, user stories, rules and acceptance criteria.
• Lead business process and customer journey design aligned to target operating model.
• Maintain requirements traceability from goals through configuration and testing.
• Drive decisions on product configuration, processes, scope and priorities.
• Support UAT planning, execution and business sign-off for delivered capabilities.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology and vendor delivery teams.
