Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a hands-on Product Owner - Customer Engagement Platform (Builder) in Dubai to design, integrate, and scale its next-generation connected digital ecosystem. The role centers on building a unified, predictive engagement layer across web, mobile, WhatsApp, contact centers, and service workflows.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of technical experience, with 4–6+ years in platform ownership or product management.
• Experience integrating CDPs, enterprise CRMs, engagement platforms, and cloud orchestration layers.
• Strong background in API integrations, data modeling, LLMs, and AI architectures.
• Experience with complex customer journeys in Mobility, Automotive, E-commerce, FinTech, or Telecom.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own platform architecture end-to-end from prototyping to deployment.
• Integrate enterprise systems across CDP, SAP C4C, Genesys, Kore.ai, and Azure/Power Platform.
• Build real-time personalization and lifecycle engagement across channels.
• Embed AI for next-best-action, automation, content generation, and copilots.
• Collaborate with CX, Data, Digital Engineering, and Automotive Brand teams to manage delivery.
