Job summary

Al‑Futtaim Automotive invites an experienced Product Owner to lead the development of a unified, AI-enabled customer engagement platform. You will design, integrate and scale across data, engagement and automation layers, turning a collection of tools into a cohesive system.

The role focuses on end-to-end ownership—from architecture to launch and optimization—with cross-functional collaboration. You will partner with CX, Digital, Technology and Data teams to deliver measurable improvements in

Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience building and shipping customer-facing platforms combining data, engagement and AI.
Experience integrating CDP, CRM (SAP C4C or equivalent), and engagement platforms.
Cloud and orchestration tools experience (Azure, Power Platform).
Strong API, data modeling, identity resolution and orchestration workflows.
Experience designing cross-channel journeys with personalization and trigger-based engagement.

Responsibilities

Prototype, build and iterate across platform stack—from data to AI capabilities.
Design and integrate systems across CDP, SAP C4C, Genesys, Kore.ai, Azure and Power Platform.
Own how the platform fits together—data models, APIs and orchestration workflows.
Define and build the customer and vehicle digital state model for real-time personalization.
Design end-to-end journeys across web, mobile, messaging, campaigns and AI channels.
Drive end-to-end delivery and launch with cross-functional teams.
Define and manage platform metrics like adoption, engagement, conversion.
