Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our GTM Systems team in Dubai. You will build and maintain flows, validation rules, page layouts, and permission sets while owning production support and triage for outages and access issues.

In this role you will manage LeanData routing graphs, enrichment stacks with Clay, HubSpot lead routing, and CPQ configuration in collaboration with the Senior Manager. Experience with ERP integrations and a PLG/hybrid GTM approach is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Salesforce administration, RevOps, or GTM systems.
• Deep understanding of admin fundamentals, flows, and permission sets.
• Ability to build cleanly within existing architectural patterns.
• Hands-on approach to production support and ticket triage.
• Proficiency using AI-native tools like Claude or Cursor.
