Job summary

edari is seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive a large-scale digital transformation focused on Salesforce and CX. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and partners to deliver optimized front-office processes and enhanced customer experiences in the real estate space.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, process redesign, backlog management, and overseeing UAT and adoption.

Qualifications

• Six plus years of experience in digital transformation, product ownership, or related roles.
• Experience in the real estate sector.
• Strong experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms and CX transformation.
• Understanding of front-office processes in real estate sales, leasing, or property management.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations and enterprise system integrations.
• Hands-on in requirements gathering, process mapping, and user story development.
• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall delivery and Jira/Azure DevOps.

Our client, a leading conglomerate with a diverse portfolio spanning real estate, hospitality and leisure, is looking for an experienced Product Owner to join a large-scale digital transformation programme, with a strong focus on Salesforce and Customer Experience (CX).

This role will act as a key link between business stakeholders, technology teams and implementation partners, driving process improvements, digital solutions and enhanced customer experiences across front-office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, priorities and transformation objectives.
• Lead business requirements gathering, process mapping and As-Is / To-Be process redesign.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with IT teams and implementation partners to design and deliver effective Salesforce and customer experience solutions.
• Manage product backlogs, prioritisation and enhancement roadmaps.
• Support solution implementation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business readiness.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement, solution adoption and benefits realisation.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 6+ years' experience in digital transformation, product ownership, business analysis or related roles.
• Experience within the real estate sector.
• Strong experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms and Customer Experience (CX) transformation.
• Understanding of front-office business processes, ideally within real estate sales, leasing or property management.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations and enterprise system integrations.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, customer journey mapping, user story development and functional specifications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge business and technology teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related discipline.
