haus & haus Group in Dubai is expanding its Salesforce platform and seeks a Junior Salesforce Developer to support the Technical Lead in building out and optimising the system.

You will develop with Apex, LWC, SOQL and Flow, design API integrations with property portals and data providers, and contribute to dashboards, automation, and AI-driven tasks.

Job description

We are a large and growing real estate business in Dubai currently building our Salesforce platform with an implementation partner. As we move beyond the initial implementation, we are looking for an experienced Junior Salesforce Developer to join the business and support our Salesforce Technical Lead in building out and optimising the platform.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flow and Salesforce APIs.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and build bespoke functionality to support our sales and operational processes.
• Design, build and maintain API integrations between Salesforce and systems such as property portals and third‑party data providers.
• Build dashboards and reporting covering leads, conversion, agent performance, pipeline, revenue and marketing attribution.
• Develop custom functionality including a referral engine, customer journeys, automated sales workflows and approval processes.
• Help shape our Agentforce / AI strategy, through developing AI agents.
• Review, improve and maintain solutions developed by our implementation partner.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure the platform remains reliable, secure and scalable.
• Establish good development, documentation and release management practices as we build our internal Salesforce capability.

What You'll Need

• Strong experience as a Junior Salesforce Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce development and architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience building and managing API integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security and permissions.
• Experience turning business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable

• Salesforce Platform Developer I / II certification.
• Sales & Marketing Cloud experience.
• Experience with Agentforce or LLM integrations.
• Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
• Experience in real estate or another complex sales environment.
