Job summary

MM Tax & Accounting is seeking a Product Assistant to support day-to-day product management across the lifecycle. You will help maintain product information, documentation, launches, updates, and performance tracking while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Marketing, Retail Management, Merchandising, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good analytical and numerical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate product information and documentation.
• Good problem-solving, follow-up, and task management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple product-related activities, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with ERP, Product Information Management (PIM), CRM, e-commerce, or business systems is an advantage.
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily product management and administrative activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information, specifications, pricing, categories, and product records.
• Support product setup, updates, launches, changes, and discontinuations across relevant systems and platforms.
• Coordinate with product, merchandising, purchasing, sales, marketing, inventory, and operations teams on product-related activities.
• Assist with preparing product lists, product descriptions, specifications, presentations, and supporting materials.
• Monitor product availability, status, pricing, and other key product information.
• Assist with tracking product sales, inventory levels, performance, and operational data.
• Prepare product reports, sales summaries, inventory updates, and other product-related analysis.
• Identify missing, inaccurate, or inconsistent product information and coordinate follow-up for correction.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal activities, and product updates.
• Maintain organized product documentation, databases, files, and records.
• Coordinate product-related requests, approvals, timelines, and action items across relevant teams.
• Assist with product-related research, competitor reviews, and market information when required.
• Support improvements to product processes, data accuracy, documentation, and operational efficiency.
• Perform other administrative, analytical, and operational duties related to product management as required.
