The Product & Program Coordinator will support co‑branded card and payments initiatives across product roadmap tracking, requirements documentation, launch readiness, governance, stakeholder coordination, and portfolio performance monitoring. The role works with Product, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, Customer Experience, Risk, Compliance, Technology, Banking Partners, and external stakeholders to ensure disciplined execution and continuous product optimization.
Support an e‑commerce company in coordinating and executing strategic product initiatives by driving cross‑functional alignment, stakeholder management, governance, performance tracking, and the delivery of key program milestones. This role will help ensure payment and co‑brand card programs are executed effectively, meet business objectives, and support ongoing growth and optimization.
Key Activities:
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in product / program coordination, product operations, project management, payments, cards, e‑commerce, fintech, or financial services.
Proven experience supporting co‑branded card or payments product initiatives, launches, enhancements, or portfolio optimization.
Strong governance and delivery discipline, including milestone tracking, RAID management, action tracking, and status reporting.
Experience coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Analytics, and external partners.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; PowerBI or dashboarding experience preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, documentation, follow‑up, and meeting facilitation skills.
Fluent in English written and spoken.
Immediate availability or 30‑day notice period.
