Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, field enablement, or growth marketing.
• Proven ability to create field-ready content for live advisor or sales interactions.
• Experience working directly with sales, relationship managers, or client strategists.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy for driving advisor engagement through Charitable Strategists and partner-facing teams.
• Identify key advisor opportunities and build targeted programs around them.
• Design and launch repeatable advisor-facing campaign frameworks including emails, talking points, and webinars.
• Develop high-impact field-ready content such as decks, one-pagers, and talk tracks.
• Partner with Relationship Managers and Charitable Strategists to align resources with field needs.
• Gather insights from advisor conversations to refine messaging and product strategy.
