Job summary

Client of Michael Page in Dubai seeks a senior investment product manager to lead fund launches and oversee product development across multiple jurisdictions. You will coordinate with legal, compliance and distribution teams to secure regulatory approvals and align with governance standards.

The role requires extensive experience in asset management and a strong track record of delivering high-quality product documentation and investor communications.

Qualifications

• 7–11 years of experience in investment product management within asset management or regulated financial services.
• Proven experience managing and launching investment funds across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated project management capability in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Knowledge of UCITS, Cayman, DIFC and alternative fund structures is preferred.
• Strong understanding of product governance, regulatory frameworks and investment product lifecycle management.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• High ethical standards, a commitment to client service, and the ability to consistently deliver accurate, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing management and development of the product range aligned with strategy.
• Manage new fund launches and product development with stakeholder coordination and approvals.
• Lead preparation and maintenance of product documentation including presentations and guides.
• Drive product governance, reviews, KPI monitoring and investor flow analysis.
• Maintain product and fund registers, launch pipelines and reporting trackers.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance and governance on product changes and regulatory approvals.
• Manage product rationalisation including enhancements, mergers and closures.
• Support relationships with distributors, index providers and fund advisers.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify product opportunities.
• Develop and execute product launch strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Lead creation of marketing materials and investor communications.
• Collaborate with sales to strengthen product positioning and revenue growth.
• Ensure marketing activity complies with regulatory requirements and brand standards.

The role reporting to the Head of Products amp Marketing will have the following responsibilities

• Oversee the ongoing management and development of the firm s product range ensuring alignment with overall product strategy
• Manage new fund launches and product development initiatives including stakeholder coordination and approvals
• Lead the preparation and maintenance of product documentation including presentations factsheets FAQs product guides and offering documentation
• Drive product governance activities product reviews KPI monitoring and investor flow analysis
• Maintain product and fund registers launch pipelines and reporting trackers
• Partner with legal compliance and governance stakeholders to implement product changes and secure regulatory approvals
• Manage product rationalisation activities including enhancements mergers and closures where required
• Support relationships with distributors index providers fund advisers and other strategic partners
• Monitor competitor activity and identify product opportunities
• Develop and execute product launch strategies and marketing campaigns
• Lead the creation of high-quality marketing materials and investor communications
• Collaborate with sales teams to strengthen product positioning and support revenue growth initiatives
• Ensure all marketing activity remains aligned with regulatory requirements and brand standards

Requirements
