Job summary

Bank of Palestine Global seeks an experienced professional to lead Wealth Management solution delivery and process initiatives in Abu Dhabi. You will act as SME across multiple WM domains, aligning requirements with stakeholders, vendors, and IT to enhance systems and services.

Key Accountabilities

This role is responsible for implementation and delivery of Wealth Management solutions and process initiatives. The job holder will act as the product and subject matter expert (SME) across multiple domains, collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and IT to enhance Wealth Management systems and services. The position entails defining user stories, managing delivery and aligning with strategic business goals.

1) Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

• Analyze and interpret business requirements to guide solution development.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into system functionality.
• Maintain a roadmap for system & process enhancements in alignment with WM stakeholders.
• Act as process owner, overseeing prioritization and backlog grooming.

2) Project & Process Coordination

• Work with operations and technology teams to enhance workflows, user experiences, and process automation.
• Ensure timely delivery of agreed initiatives by coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Provide transparency on process changes, risks, and dependencies.

3) Controls & Oversight

• Maintain and oversee the maintenance of SOPs, process documentation & operational guidelines.
• Contribute to internal & external audits and support remediation actions.

4) Counterparty Engagement & IT Collaboration

• Liaise with external counterparties, review services and delivery.
• Engage with internal IT teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
• Mitigate risks related to vendor/counterparty delays impacting project timelines.

5) Product Ownership

• Develop a strong understanding of Wealth Management products and processes.
• Define and manage product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Work across teams to deliver enhancements and drive continuous improvement.
