Job summary

The role focuses on defining user stories, managing delivery, and owning the product roadmap, with emphasis on governance, risk controls, and continuous improvement across WM platforms.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management operations, business support or middle office functions.
• Exposure to governance frameworks, regulatory compliance and technology/digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret business requirements to guide solution development.
• Translate business needs into system functionality with technical teams.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage product vision, roadmap, and backlog across Wealth Management domains.
• Coordinate with operations and IT to improve workflows and process automation.
