Job summary

Genesis Executive, a multinational home appliances company, is seeking a Product Manager for the GCC market. You will lead product planning for MDA categories (REF, WM, AC, Cooker, MWO, Freezer, and more) and drive market analysis, pricing and ROI initiatives to maximize profitability.

You will work closely with customers and suppliers across China, Turkey and the GCC, coordinating sourcing, negotiations and development of hit products while reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in home appliances or related industry, GCC experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within GCC, China, Turkey, and other countries.

Responsibilities

• Plan products for MDA Home Appliance categories (REF, WM, AC, Cooker, MWO, Freezer, etc).
• Conduct market analysis on trends, competitors, pricing, features and consumer needs.
• Perform ROI analysis and profit/loss assessment per product, including pricing and margins.
• Develop hit products and coordinate with distributors on pricing, new product introductions.
• Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to improve product value and target pricing.
• Create unique selling points (USPs) for products and report to MD.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers across China, Turkey, and the GCC.

• Product Planing for MDA Home Appliance (REF, WM, AC, Cooker, MWO, Freezer, and other MDA category).
• Market Analysis (Product trends, Competitor, Pricing, Feature, Spec, Consumer requirement).
• ROI Analysis and Profit/Loss analysis per product (Price/Product positioning, RRP, Promotion price, Margin structure, Buying price).
• Development of Hit product.
• Distributor (Customer) communication for Product, Pricing, New product Introduction.
• Sourcing, Negotiation with Suppliers for Product value up, Target pricing.
• USP (Unique Sales Points) Creation.
• Reporting directly to Managing Director, Work closely, directly with both customers and suppliers (China, Turkey, etc).

Requirement

• More than 5 years experience in the subject industry especially in Saudi Arabia.
• Good communication skills.
• Should not have any issue to travel to GCC, China, Turkey, other countries.
