Job summary

OnOrta is seeking a Product Manager to own the UAE market strategy and localization. You will work with UAE clients to understand workflows, turn discoveries into user stories, and drive features from discovery to launch while coordinating with the English-speaking development team.

You will lead UAE localization, including UAE PASS sign-in, e-signature, and local document practices, and contribute to roadmap prioritization with the founder. This is a hands-on, on-site Dubai role.

OnOrta is a B2B SaaS platform (software sold by subscription) that connects a company's tasks, approvals, contracts, e-signature, payments and budgets in one process, with a CEO dashboard on top. It replaces disconnected tools and spreadsheets and gives growing companies ERP-level visibility without ERP-level complexity or cost. OnOrta is live in Kazakhstan and the United Arab Emirates, on web, App Store and Google Play. The UAE entity is DOCLINEAI TECH – FZCO, Dubai Silicon Oasis.

Role Description

The Product Manager owns how OnOrta fits the UAE market. This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. You will work directly with UAE clients and prospects to understand their workflows. You will turn what you learn into clear requirements and user stories (short descriptions of what a user needs to do and why). You will take features from discovery to launch and measure whether they are used. You will work with the Arabic version of the product and lead UAE localisation, including UAE PASS sign-in and e-signature, local document and approval practices, and later HR and payroll rules. You are the link between UAE customers and the development team, working with them remotely in English. You will also support sales with demo scenarios, competitor comparisons and onboarding materials, and set roadmap priorities together with the founder.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or business analysis in B2B SaaS, ERP, fintech or workflow software, with features delivered from concept to launch
• Fluent Arabic, spoken and written (required)
• Strong English, the working language with the development team
• Experience working with a remote engineering team, with clear written specifications as a core skill
• Strong user research skills: client interviews, requirements gathering and prioritisation
• Able to use product data (activation, usage by module, cancelled subscriptions) to make decisions
• Background in contracts, approvals, finance or operations products is highly beneficial
• Experience in the UAE or wider MENA market. Knowledge of UAE PASS, e-invoicing, or free zone vs mainland practices is a plus.
• Experience with right-to-left interfaces is a plus.
