Job summary

Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead a portfolio of digital products and customer journeys across its digital ecosystem.

You will build roadmaps, develop business cases, prioritize investments and drive AI-powered, data-driven improvements that enhance customer experience and business outcomes, collaborating with Commercial, Digital, Technology, Data, UX and Loyalty teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in digital, eCommerce, airline, travel or customer-facing tech.
• Proven experience managing multiple products, initiatives or journeys.
• Strong experience in roadmap development, business case creation, investment planning and stakeholder management.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and product development practices.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset translating objectives into outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in airline, travel, loyalty, digital commerce, payments, or self-service ecosystems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Owns digital journeys for shaping the roadmap and executing omni-channel experiences with AI-assisted insights and personalization.
• Identify and drive opportunities by optimizing digital capabilities and developing unique value propositions.
• Develop business analyses and value propositions for digital investments with input from stakeholders.
• Define and drive conversion funnels analytics, drop-offs, session replay, NPS, and benchmark product performance.
• Translate AI and data insights into prioritized backlog items and measurable product changes.
• Collaborate with UX to optimize feature presentation and remove usability issues.
