Job summary

Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Product Manager to guide enterprise data management products and data platforms across the full lifecycle, from strategy to launch, ensuring alignment with data governance and platform scalability.

You will collaborate with business, data, analytics and technology stakeholders, prioritize the backlog, participate in PI planning, and drive adoption through data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years as a Technical Product Manager for enterprise data products preferred.
• CPM/ACPM or equivalent and SAFe/ Scrum experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for enterprise data management, data platform and data processing products.
• Collaborate with business, data, analytics and technology stakeholders to define strategy and backlog.
• Define and maintain non-functional requirements with architects and engineers.
• Participate in PI Planning, daily scrums, sprint planning and reviews.
• Demonstrate product capabilities to stakeholders and drive adoption.
