Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist in Product Management for Operational Intelligence Commercialisation. The role drives adoption, shapes sales enablement, and builds commercialization strategies across regions.

You will partner with regional Advisors & Consulting Services and Global Product Management to ensure product capabilities meet market needs, guiding pricing and go-to-market efforts.

Qualifications

• Consulting experience with focus on go-to-market, pricing and commercialization in technology or data-driven solutions.
• Strong customer orientation and commercial acumen.
• Exposure to API and AI-based product commercialization is a plus.
• Ability to support strategic product initiatives and business transformation.
• Analytical mindset focused on solving customer problems and enabling sales.
• Understanding of competitive landscape and industry trends.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams managing multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in strategy consulting or product commercialization is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with A&CS teams to support product commercialisation and drive customer engagement.
• Identify short-term and long-term whitespace opportunities and new use cases from customer feedback and market trends.
• Support internal and external partnership initiatives to accelerate go-to-market efforts.
• Contribute to pricing strategy discussions and quantify product value for customers.
• Monitor product adoption and usage metrics; support initiatives to improve customer engagement.
• Assist in developing KPIs and tools to track commercialization success.
• Create region-specific commercial constructs and go-to-market strategies.
• Develop customer value narratives and case studies to support sales conversations.
• Partner with regional teams to create and deliver sales training materials.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to support commercialization goals.
