Job summary

Mastercard in Dubai seeks a Senior Specialist in Product Management to drive the commercialisation of Operational Intelligence products and expand sales across the region. You will work with regional A&C S teams and the Global Product Management group to align capabilities with market needs.

You will help identify whitespace and new use cases, support pricing decisions, and develop region-specific go-to-market strategies while tracking adoption and building sales enablement materials.

Qualifications

• Consulting experience with go-to-market, pricing, and commercialisation.
• Strong customer orientation and commercial acumen.
• Exposure to API and AI-based product commercialization is a plus.
• Ability to support strategic product initiatives and contribute to business transformation.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on solving customer problems and supporting sales efforts.
• Understanding of competitive landscape and industry trends.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in strategy consulting or product commercialization is beneficial.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Job description

Overview This Senior Specialist role in Product Management will support the commercialisation and sales expansion of Operational Intelligence products across one of the five global regions. The role will focus on driving product adoption, identifying customer pain points, supporting sales enablement and contributing to the development of commercialization strategies. The individual will work closely with regional Advisors amp Consulting Services A amp CS teams and the Global Product Management team to ensure alignment between product capabilities and market needs.
