Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Product Manager to lead Threat Protection and IP Intelligence portfolios, combining cybersecurity expertise with business acumen to drive strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market execution across global teams.

You will own P&L, collaborate with engineering, sales, finance, and marketing, and translate market opportunities into scalable, measurable commercial outcomes while guiding partners and customers.

Qualifications

• Proven product management experience in cybersecurity, network security, cloud security, or enterprise tech products.
• Demonstrated commercial ownership with revenue targets, budgeting, pricing, and margins.
• Experience in B2B product commercialization: market segmentation, packaging, launches, and sales enablement.
• Experience working with direct sales and partner-led models.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy for Threat Protection and IP Intelligence with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Manage portfolio P&L including revenue, expenses, forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and investment planning.
• Define and prioritize roadmaps in collaboration with engineering and technical teams.
• Lead commercialization: proposition development, packaging, pricing, licensing, and go-to-market execution.
• Partner with sales and regional teams to build pipeline and drive adoption; engage with customers and partners to validate direction.
• Strengthen partnerships with MSPs, telecoms, hosting providers, resellers, and other channel partners.
• Translate market needs into product outcomes while ensuring reliability, scalability, and usability.
