You will shape the strategy, roadmap, and performance of merchant-facing surfaces, driving high-frequency fintech capabilities and trusted mobile experiences for business users.

Role Summary

As Product Lead for Merchant Experience, you will own the daily digital experience for businesses across our core merchant facing products and journeys.

You will shape the strategy, roadmap, and performance of the surfaces merchants use most—from including managing money, tracking activity, and staying in control. You will also lead new customer-facing bets from problem to launch, while raising the quality of what is already live.

We are looking for a senior PM/lead who has built high-frequency mobile products, ideally across business banking, mobile wallets, fintech, or merchant platforms.

You should understand what makes a financial product feel simple, trustworthy, and useful enough to become part of a business owner’s daily routine.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for the merchant’s daily digital experience.

• Lead merchant-facing products and journeys from discovery through launch and iteration.

• Improve live experiences across activation, engagement, retention, and frequency of use.

• Own core journeys across onboarding, verification, account management, payments, settlements, money movement, reporting, and servicing.

• Define the outcomes and metrics each product or journey is accountable for.

• Work closely with Design and Engineering to turn complex financial flows into simple, trusted mobile experiences.

• Get close to real businesses and turn customer insight into a clear product point of view.

• Align Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Commercial, and external partners around shared bets.

• Make clear calls on what to build, improve, sequence, or stop.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product-management experience.

• Strong experience in fintech, payments, banking, or another regulated financial environment.

• Experience building mobile banking, business banking, mobile wallet, or high-frequency financial products.

• A track record of shipping products businesses or consumers rely on every day.

• Deep ownership of end-to-end customer journeys and the outcomes they drive.

• Strong understanding of payment flows and the trade-offs between speed, cost, risk, reliability, and trust.

• Experience across both zero-to-one products and scaled live platforms.

• Strong product judgment, systems thinking, and commercial instincts.

• A hypothesis-driven and data-literate approach.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence and clarity.

• Experience working closely with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations, and external partners.
