Job summary

Kraken is building the Consumer Trading experience to empower users to buy, sell, and manage stocks, crypto, and cash in a seamless mobile/web product. You will prototype features with AI, gather stakeholder input, and translate insights into concrete requirements for a data-driven roadmap.

The role requires 4+ years in product management, strong UX sensitivity, and crypto/trading familiarity. Collaboration with Finance and Operations will ensure business continuity while advancing a scalable,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Strong product sense with UX focus and attention to detail.
• Experience prototyping with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor) to test ideas.
• Understanding of retail trading and related user behavior.
• Crypto, trading, or banking experience required.
• Experience with data gathering and quantitative analysis (SQL).

Responsibilities

• Deliver consumer trading initiatives, adding features and enhancements.
• Prototype experiences with AI tools to validate ideas before specs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and define roadmap.
• Develop detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Perform user acceptance testing to ensure accurate implementation.
• Own the product and coordinate with Finance/Operations for continuity.
• Promote data-driven analytics and experimentation across teams.
• Evaluate new product opportunities and propose consumer-focused solutions.
