Job summary

Kraken invites a seasoned On-Chain Product Manager to drive the strategy for hybrid Kraken Pro and Consumer experiences in the Dubai region. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Growth, Legal, and Partnerships to turn complex on-chain flows into simple user experiences, measure impact, and iterate.

This role requires a strong track record in product management, crypto familiarity, and a passion for open finance.

• Proven track record from ideation to go-to-market.
• Experience with on-chain ecosystems strongly preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional influence.
• Strong communication and ability to build trust across teams.
• Comfort with engineering/product collaboration and technical context.
• Detail-oriented, data-driven, user-centric product sense.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Kraken’s hybridization efforts across Kraken Pro and Consumer.
• Shape and drive the broader onchain hybrid roadmap.
• Work across Pro and Consumer with cross-functional alignment and prioritization of roadmap priorities.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, Growth, Security, Operations and other stakeholders.
• Partner with internal teams and external ecosystem partners to evaluate integrations and expand capabilities.
• Help make complex on-chain experiences simple, intuitive, and accessible.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through launch and iteration.
• Define and own key product metrics, using data and experimentation to drive continuous improvement.
