Job summary

Kraken, as part of Payward Services, seeks a Platform Product Manager to own end-to-end roadmaps for B2B2C platform products such as KYC, lending, and unified APIs. You will partner with Engineering to define requirements, drive regulatory-compliant features, and ship scalable solutions for fintech clients.

You will work closely with Legal, Compliance, and Finance to align product strategies with regulatory requirements while guiding cross-functional teams through complex builds.

Qualifications

• Strong product management experience, including owning roadmaps and shipping B2B/B2B2C products.
• Direct, hands-on experience implementing KYC either in-house or via a service provider.
• Experience building or managing platform products (shared infrastructure, APIs) in B2B/B2B2C contexts.
• Comfortable working with Engineering to dive into technical details and drive execution.
• Experience building products in regulated financial environments and understanding compliance implications.
• Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional builds without formal authority.
• Excellent communication with regulators, boards, engineers, and commercial partners.
• Solid knowledge of the financial services industry and how regulation shapes product decisions.
• Crypto or digital assets familiarity, in industry or through regulated launches, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and build-out for B2B2C platform products (KYC/KYB, lending, unified APIs).
• Define requirements, partner with Engineering on execution, and drive products from concept to launch and iteration.
• Understand end-to-end flows, identify bottlenecks, and drive scale in regulated environments.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Finance to turn priorities into shipped products.
• Support operational work for US-regulated entities to keep product work moving.
