Job summary

Kraken is building the next generation of open finance tooling with a strong emphasis on secure AI integration. The role focuses on designing and running the technical AI platform, from integration surface to production readiness, while ensuring governance and reliability across vendor integrations.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to unblock work, enable tool use, and drive knowledge sharing through runbooks and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and ship working software, not just configure vendor products.
• Experience integrating against LLM/SaaS APIs with agent and tool use patterns.
• Strong knowledge of identity, access, and security controls (OAuth, SCIM, SSO).
• Ability to design scalable, governed AI integration surfaces and runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the technical layer of the AI platform, from surface to production runbook.
• Own the governed integration gateway, handling onboarding, authentication and reliability.
• Develop internal tooling, including agent scaffolding and prompt assets for the platform.
• Configure tiered spend controls, alerts, and monthly reconciliation for AI assets.
• Implement data handling, retention, and model-eligibility policies with identity and access controls.
• Work with teams to unblock workflows and enable leverage from AI tooling.
• Lead technical enablement via tool rollouts, office hours, and knowledge base content.
• Administer the enterprise AI estate end to end, including provisioning and vendor configs.
