We’re building an ecosystem of digital products and services that power everyday life across the Middle East—fast, scalable, and deeply customer-centric. Our mission is to deliver to every door every day. We want to redefine what technology can do in this region, and we’re looking for a (Product Lead) who can help us move even faster.
noon’s mission: Every door, everyday.
What you'll do:
Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.
Noon B2B is building the next generation of business procurement across the region. Our ambition goes beyond a B2B marketplace: we are building an AI-native procurement platform where intelligent agents can help businesses discover, compare, source and increasingly execute procurement.
We are looking for a Product Lead who can turn ambiguous business problems into simple, scalable products; bridge Business and Engineering; challenge assumptions constructively; and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers.
- Own the B2B product vision and roadmap, balancing near-term commercial priorities with scalable long-term product architecture.
- Translate complex business and customer problems into detailed PRDs covering journeys, business rules, dependencies, edge cases, failure scenarios, data requirements and success metrics.
- Evaluate major product decisions through customer insight, data, global benchmarks and alternative scenarios; recommend the right MVP and long-term solution rather than simply documenting requests.
- Act as the bridge between Business and Engineering: translate business needs into clear technical requirements and technical constraints into understandable business trade-offs.
- Challenge constructively. Push back on unclear or over-engineered requirements, disagree with logic and data, and propose practical alternatives that create common ground.
- Own key B2B capabilities end-to-end, including RFQs, bulk/tiered pricing, enterprise accounts, approvals, credit, payments, invoicing, discovery and checkout.
- Lead, coach and raise the bar for a team of PMs across discovery, PRD quality, prioritization, execution, stakeholder management and post-launch measurement.
AI First
- Think AI-native, not AI-added: reimagine procurement journeys rather than simply adding AI features to existing workflows.
- Help shape the Noon Procurement Agent - from understanding customer intent and business context to product discovery, comparison, RFQs, replenishment, approvals and eventually execution.
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases based on measurable customer and business value, while designing appropriate guardrails, human approvals and trust mechanisms.
- Work effectively with Engineering and AI/ML teams and stay current on LLMs, agents, retrieval, evaluation and emerging agentic-commerce models. You do not need to be an ML engineer, but must be able to make sharp AI product decisions.
What you'll need:
- 7+ years of Product Management experience with demonstrated progression in scope and impact; experience leading and developing Product Managers is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce or marketplace dynamics, customer journeys and unit economics; B2B commerce or procurement experience is highly preferred.
- Proven 0-to-1 product building experience and exceptional customer discovery and product judgment - able to uncover the real problem, challenge assumptions and turn customer and data insights into priorities.
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to write rigorous PRDs, define edge cases and translate complex business needs into clear requirements Engineering can execute.
- Strong analytical and outcome-oriented mindset - defines success metrics upfront, experiments rapidly, measures impact and owns business outcomes beyond simply shipping features.
- Exceptional stakeholder leadership - able to influence, disagree and push back constructively with senior Business and Engineering stakeholders while finding pragmatic solutions.
- Thrives in ambiguity and changing priorities, making high-quality decisions with incomplete information and bringing structure without slowing execution.
- AI-first and future-ready - understands LLMs, agents and AI product fundamentals including evaluation, hallucination, latency/cost, guardrails, trust and human-in-the-loop design; ideally has shipped or prototyped AI-powered experiences.
- A builder's mindset - comfortable using AI tools and rapid prototypes to accelerate discovery, validate ideas and improve product-development velocity.
Who will excel?
- We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.
- You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.
- We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.
- noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
