Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Internship or training in operations, logistics, e-commerce, administration, or at least 1 year in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow processes, and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support sellers with basic operational requests and processes.
  • Assist with shipment bookings, ASN requests, pickups, and warehouse coordination.
  • Follow up on open operational requests and cases.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to get updates on seller requests.
  • Keep sellers and Account Executives updated on the status of open cases.
  • Update operational trackers, case notes, seller information, and statuses.
  • Ensure requests have correct information before submission or escalation.
  • Follow established processes and escalate when needed.
  • Help sellers understand shipment, inventory, and fulfillment basics.
  • Maintain organised records of operational requests and completed cases.
  • Support Mahali onboarding sessions, workshops, events, and program activities when required.

About the Role:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. We're looking for an organised and proactive Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operational needs of sellers in the Mahali program. This is an entry-level role focused on helping sellers with basic operational processes, coordinating requests, following up on open cases, and keeping operational information and trackers up to date. You'll work closely with the Mahali team and other internal noon teams to make sure seller requests are properly documented, followed up on, and directed to the right teams. The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and comfortable following processes and managing multiple tasks.

What You’ll Do

  • Support sellers with basic operational requests and processes.
  • Assist with shipment bookings, ASN requests, pickups, and warehouse-related coordination.
  • Follow up on open operational requests and cases.
  • Coordinate with the relevant internal teams to get updates on seller requests.
  • Keep sellers and Account Executives updated on the status of open cases.
  • Update operational trackers, case notes, seller information, and statuses.
  • Make sure requests include the correct information and documentation before they are submitted or escalated.
  • Follow established processes and elevate cases to the appropriate team when additional support is required.
  • Help sellers understand basic shipment, inventory, and fulfillment requirements.
  • Maintain organised records of operational requests and completed cases.
  • Support the Mahali team with operational tasks for onboarding sessions, workshops, events, and other program activities when required.

What You’ll Need

  • A Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
  • Previous internship or training experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, administration, or a similar area; OR a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes correctly.Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups.
  • Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and tools.
  • Reliable follow-through and comfortable asking for support or escalating when required.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.

Bonus If You Have

  • Previous internship or work experience in e-commerce, operations, logistics, or customer support.
  • Basic understanding of inventory, shipments, warehouses, or e-commerce fulfillment.
  • Experience using trackers, CRM systems, dashboards, or operational tools.
  • Experience communicating with customers, sellers, or business owners.
  • An interest in e-commerce, entrepreneurship, SMEs, and local businesses.
