noon’s mission: Every door, every day.
What you'll do:
Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. We are looking for a highly driven, analytical, and technically capable Project Manager, Lifestyle to work closely with the General Manager, Lifestyle across our Fashion, Beauty, Watches, and Eyewear businesses.
This is not a traditional project management role. You will act as the GM's single point of ownership for high-priority initiatives that need to be driven, built, analysed, or automated across the Lifestyle business.
The role requires someone who is equally comfortable building a financial model, writing a product specification, managing a cross-functional project, analysing performance data, presenting a recommendation to senior leadership, or building an AI-powered prototype themselves.
- Own and drive the GM’s priority projects across Fashion, Beauty, Watches, and Eyewear from planning through execution.
- Manage strategic initiatives including store-to-door, retail, cross-border, and major brand/distributor partnerships.
- Build project plans with clear owners, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Develop business cases, financial models, and analysis to support key decisions.
- Translate business needs into product requirements and work with Product and Technology teams on delivery.
- Build AI-powered prototypes, scripts, agents, dashboards, and automations using tools such as Python and SQL.
- Own and prioritise the Lifestyle AI and automation backlog alongside the dedicated engineer.
- Manage and align stakeholders across Commercial, Technology, Operations, Finance, and category teams.
- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and proactively drive them to resolution.
- Track project performance and provide clear updates and recommendations to the GM and senior leadership.
What you'll need:
- An Engineering degree combined with an MBA, or an equivalent academic and professional background.
- Approximately 3–7 years of experience within management consulting, e-commerce/marketplaces, strategy, operations, product, or another highly analytical and execution-focused environment.
- Demonstrated experience taking complex, cross-functional projects from idea through to implementation.
- Experience influencing and driving stakeholders without formal reporting authority.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities, with the ability to independently build business cases and evaluate commercial opportunities.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and Python, with enough technical capability to build solutions independently using modern AI tools.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, APIs, and/or agent frameworks.
- Strong product understanding, including the ability to write a clear product specification, define requirements, prioritise features, and interpret customer or operational funnels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex analysis into concise recommendations.
- Confidence presenting recommendations, business cases, and project updates directly to GM and senior leadership level.
- A strong bias towards action and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly.
